Supreme Concrete: Creating Dream Backyards Since 2012

Supreme Concrete Solutions installed a concrete driveway apron, replaced sections of my sidewalk, and installed gutters and downspouts on my garage a few years ago. The gutters they installed have since bent and are now close to falling off. I contacted the company multiple times over several weeks and was repeatedly told someone would come take a look, but there was no follow‑through. Scheduling attempts were made, excuses were given, and communication consistently stopped unless I reached out again. I was also later informed through my own research that I was overcharged for the gutter installation and that substandard materials were used. Once the work was completed and paid for, customer service significantly declined. I also chose to let it go that they did a poor job filling in the holes dug for the concrete work, which made it difficult for my grass to grow back. Despite all of this, I am not asking for much. I simply want the gutters they installed to be repaired—something that would take, at most, two hours. Overall, I am very disappointed with the lack of responsiveness and accountability.

Supreme Concrete Solutions did an excellent job replacing our driveway, sidewalk, apron, stoop, step, and walkway. The crew was professional, on time, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process.Everyone on the team was extremely friendly, and it was clear they genuinely cared about the quality of their work. The prep was done right with a proper base and reinforcement, and the final finish came out clean with well-aligned joints and a consistent broom texture. They also handled grading and backfill nicely after the forms were removed.This was a great experience overall. It was a significant investment, but you truly get what you pay for. We’re very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them.

They were very friendly, affordable, did GREAT work and kept in contact throughout the job. I got a new driveway and even with some challenges with my layout, they did a FANTASTIC job! Will definitely hire them again for some more house work!

Updated photos included.After posting my initial review, both Eric and Jordan made it a point to come out and fix all the issues I had listed (plywood in the basement, hanging electric conduits and wires, and the front porch posts that were not secured to the slab for over 2 months).Jordan was much more communicative and they even fully replaced the front posts with new wood. This wasn’t the original plan, and I appreciated them going the extra mile to make things right.At the end of the day, aside from the obvious safety concerns, my biggest issue was communication. I understand being busy, but I also have a small business and I always make a point to communicate with my clients.
